Job summary

American Senior Communities LLC in Indiana is seeking a Weekend Option Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high‑quality care. You will promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being and build meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

You will collaborate with nursing and facility teams, document changes accurately, and demonstrate our C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
