Qualifications

• Experience: 0–1 year related healthcare experience preferred.
• Skills: ability to work collaboratively, strong communication, and basic computer/EHR skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients who may be vulnerable or need additional support.
• Provide patient care, ensure safety, and support therapeutic milieu on the unit.
• Complete and file documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional boundaries and communicate effectively with the care team.
