Job summary

Rise Brands is seeking a Security team member to greet guests, check IDs, and assist with inquiries during Friday and Saturday nights. You will welcome guests on entry, ensure ID verification is current, and help maintain a clean, safe environment that reflects the Pins brand.

The role requires strong guest service, clear communication, and the ability to de-escalate conflicts. A flexible schedule including nights/weekends is expected, with opportunities to contribute to a positive guest

Qualifications

• Bar/restaurant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy items for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Up-to-date ID checking verification is a must.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space, when needed.
• Ability to de-escalate high-stress situations.
• Observe and detect signs of overconsumption or conflict.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues – notify management when needed.
• Act as a Pins brand ambassador.
