Fairfield by Marriott San Marcos is seeking a part-time night auditor to provide exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours while completing nightly audit procedures and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

The role requires front desk experience and proficiency with the FOSSE system, with an emphasis on reliability, punctuality, and professional appearance during overnight shifts. Benefits are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.
• FOSSE system experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Perform nightly audit functions, including balancing accounts and reconciling daily transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management teams.
