Job summary

University of Missouri Health Care is seeking an experienced MRI technologist to operate high-field MRI equipment in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting at University Hospital in Columbia, MO.

The role requires ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification and 2 years of MRI experience; on-site schedule includes weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• ARRT-MR certification or ARMRIT certification required.
• Two years of MRI technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-field strength MRI equipment and related systems; screen MR safety; assist radiologists with procedures; start IVs and administer contrast as directed.
• Evaluate MR images for technical quality and organize imaging data; schedule procedures and assist with clerical functions; train new technologists and staff.
