Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations and maintain high-quality imaging. The role requires venipuncture competency for contrast administration and accurate documentation for PACS workflow.

Candidates should have ARRT education/registration and MRI registry eligibility with 1 year of MRI experience, and a minimum of two years as a staff technologist is preferred. This weekend, on-site position supports Radiology operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program or ARRT registered or ARRT registry eligible.
• Advanced MRI registry required within 1 year of hire.
• Two (2) years experience as a staff technologist preferred; 1-year experience as MRI technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations per department procedures under supervision.
• Communicate clinical observations to radiologists.
• Demonstrate venipuncture competency for contrast administration.
• Maintain quality of digital images and ensure correct patient information in PACS.
• Participate in Radiology QA/PI program and ongoing professional development.
