Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Weekend Program MRI Technologist at Lankenau Medical Center. The role involves running MRI scanners, preparing and positioning patients, verifying clinical history, and minimizing patient anxiety.

Strong patient-care skills and MR technologist expertise are essential. Qualifications include ARRT and/or MRI certification, 1 year MRI experience preferred, and JRCERT-approved education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year MRI experience preferred.
• Graduate of a JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology or MRI approved program.
• ARRT certification and/or MRI Certification required; advanced MRI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Verify clinical history and prepare/position patients for procedures.
• Provide patient instructions and minimize anxiety during scans.
• Support quality imaging and accuracy in the MR suite.
