The pay range for this position is $30.86 - $48.23, based on experience and relevant qualifications.

This is a part-time position working on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

RAYUS Radiology is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team. We aim to innovate in radiology, making it a vital part of diagnosis and treatment. Join us and contribute to brighter outcomes! As an MRI technologist, you will operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images, guiding patients compassionately through procedures and addressing their questions and concerns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform patient MRI imaging, ensuring safety and correctness through proper screening and patient identification.
2. Explain procedures to patients, prepare them, and position them appropriately for scans.
3. Conduct routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision, supporting patients throughout.
4. Adjust scan parameters as needed, following physicians' orders and safety regulations.
5. Maintain accurate patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
6. Keep the work area clean and equipment well-maintained to promote safety.
7. Uphold ACR accreditation standards and toolkit requirements.

Support Duties (5%):

1. Assist with updating imaging protocols and software upgrades.
2. Monitor and request medical supplies as needed.
3. Support training of new staff, sharing technical expertise.

Other tasks as assigned (5%).

Minimum Qualifications:

• ARRT or ARMRIT registration, current and in good standing, depending on state regulations.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved radiography program.
• State licensure as a Radiological Technologist, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Training and experience to perform MRI procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bilingual abilities.
