Job summary

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is seeking a part-time weekend morning Server to join our TEAM. The role focuses on curating memorable dining experiences, welcoming guests, and guiding them through a modern cuisine menu with enthusiasm and a genuine smile.

The position requires availability on weekends starting as early as 6am, with excellent English communication, and a passion for food and beverage. Advancement opportunities through our Management Development Program are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant.
• Present menus and be knowledgeable of menu contents, recipes, and restaurant offerings.
• Serve and assist customers with selecting food/beverages as needed.
• Verify guests' identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Have basic knowledge of menu prices, items, preparation techniques, and time of preparation.
