Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Hyatt House DIA in Denver, CO. This part-time role involves setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean dining area with attention to safety and sanitation.

You will assist with service setup and breakdown, lift up to 25 lbs, and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required. Prior F&B or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring items are stocked throughout service.
• Greet guests and assist with food and beverage selections.
• Ensure dining area, buffet, and prep stations are clean and organized.
• Replenish food and beverage items, condiments, and utensils.
• Follow health regulations for food handling and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor of shortages or reorder needs.
• Clear tables and maintain a presentable dining area.
• Assist with breakfast service setup/breakdown and equipment storage.
