Responsibilities include following portions, rotating perishables, keeping a clean work area, and supporting prep for upcoming shifts. Strong teamwork and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Sundays and Mondays 5:30 AM–12:00 PM.
• Ability to follow recipes and quality standards consistently.

• Punctual and dependable with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and production standards.
• Ensure items are prepared on time and presented well for servers.
• Monitor portions and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold sanitary practices.
• Assist with prep work for upcoming shifts and set up as needed.
• Return unused items to proper storage with date and labeling.
