Job summary

DOCS Health seeks licensed Physician Assistants to join our Reserve Health Readiness Program as independent contractors. The role focuses on weekend work in Delaware with occasional weekday coverage, supporting military service members across multiple reserves and guard units.

Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing records, interviewing personnel, and flagging urgent concerns; travel and flexibility are required, and the position emphasizes compliance with federal and military

Qualifications

• Active PA license in Delaware required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, incl. Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results in the service member's medical record using a proprietary system.
