Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a mill, manufacturing, or agricultural setting is a plus.
• Ability to operate or learn forklifts and other machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation of milling equipment under supervision.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, conveyors, or manual labor.
• Monitor equipment for proper function and report issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of mill equipment and areas.
• Set up hand adds for diets and unload inbound ingredients.
