Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join as an independent contractor to support military personnel. The role emphasizes weekend work with occasional weekday shifts under RHRP in Virginia, serving USAR, ARNG, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG, and USAFR.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with primary, urgent care or occupational health is preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including behavioral health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record.
