Job summary

DOCS Health in Idaho seeks Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors to support military service members through the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role focuses on weekend coverage with occasional weekday assignments, across multiple bases and remote installations.

You will perform health assessments, review records, interview service members, document results in our system, and collaborate with supervising physicians as required.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Idaho is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends; remote installations possible.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Document interview results and readiness classifications in the proprietary system.
