DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our team as independent contractors serving military personnel. Coverage centers on weekends with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program across various installations.

You will perform physical health assessments, review records, interview service members, and document findings in the service member's medical record, with attention to urgent issues including behavioral health.

Formación

• Active NP license in the state and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/variable shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health and document results.
