WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications.

We value growth, ESOP ownership, and a strong safety culture in a fully air-conditioned facility. The candidate should have MIG welding/fabricator experience of at least one year, be able to read blueprints and welding symbols, and handle flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds with precision.

Qualifications

• MIG Welding/Fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method from blueprints when not stated.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before full production.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work by complexity, method, and required time.
