WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. This in-house, employee-owned company emphasizes quality, efficiency, and growth, with strong pay progression and a robust benefits package.

The role is in-person with a clearly defined path for advancement. The successful candidate will produce high-quality welds, read blueprints, perform first piece checks, and help maintain production records.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience of at least 1 year.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficient in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet customer specs and blueprints.
• Perform first piece inspection and submit for QA review.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work to maximize efficiency and meet timelines.
• Other duties as required by the team.
