Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a Weekend GMAW Fabrication Specialist to join our fully air-conditioned shop. You will produce MIG welds, read prints, and sequence jobs by complexity to hit deadlines. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and traceable production records on a Fri–Sun schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years MIG welding/fabrication experience, can read welding symbols, and weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill positions on mild steel, stainless, and galvannealed steel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.
• Proficient with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistently high-quality MIG/GMAW welds with speed and accuracy.
• Read prints and interpret welding symbols to select methods.
• Perform first-piece checks and submit to Quality Assurance before full runs.
• Maintain clear production records for counts and traceability.
