Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a part-time merchandiser to stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure product availability in local stores. You will work a combination of days between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and you’ll use a personal vehicle to move product between backrooms and floor displays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in United States
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 year experience replenishment or Merchandiser; 1 year experience in grocery/retail/warehousing; 1 year in physically demanding fields; 1 year experience with pallet jacks; Straddle stacker certification; Powered pallet jack certification; 1 year of supervision-free work; 1 year of college coursework in business/marketing/communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Replenish, face, and rotate product and build/display product displays.
• Maintain product signage and clean display space.
• Explain safety procedures and follow company policy in backroom, displays, and replenishment.
• Backroom management: organize backstock, monitor inventory levels, process damaged/defective product, repack product.
• Keep designated accounts orderly; communicate status and concerns to store and company personnel.
• Provide customer service to store personnel and consumers; respond to questions and locate products.
