Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking Merchandisers to keep Coca-Cola products stocked in local stores across multiple designated accounts. You will manage shelves, displays, and backrooms, ensuring product availability and accurate signage across venues.

This role requires 40+ hours weekly, early start times, and driving a personal vehicle to supported stores. Excellent customer service to store personnel and shoppers is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
• Preferred qualifications include 1 year of replenishment or merchandiser experience.
• 1 year experience in grocery, retail or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand-truck.
• Replenish, face, and rotate product.
• Build, change, and takedown product displays.
• Maintain product signage.
• Clean product space.
• Secure damaged or defective product.
• Identify and report backstock inventory levels.
• Identify unsafe working conditions and report them.
