Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking Immediately Hiring Merchandisers to stock and merchandise products in assigned stores across Delaware and the Wilmington area. This role supports major brands and requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 15-20 hours/week), mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone for company technology requirements.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.
• Safely stock our products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers.
