Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: One year prior psychiatric experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed to de-escalate situations.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to units serving both adults and adolescents.
