Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Monica, operated by Oakmont Management Group and Ivy Living, is seeking compassionate care providers for part‑time shifts. This role supports residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and safety in a warm, team‑oriented setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to residents' needs promptly, communicating changes to a supervisor, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide compassionate care.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screenings (TB, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and privacy.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
