MedSpeed is hiring a Weekend Medical Driver in Santa Rosa, CA. The role involves safely transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and hospital supplies in a company vehicle during Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00am to 1:00pm.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work with technology. Training is provided and a professional appearance is expected for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and devices used in logistics.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Must have an excellent driving history.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and hospital supplies in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Load and unload materials with appropriate equipment and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Follow all operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Demonstrate safe driving behavior and teamwork with teammates and clients.
