Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated cleaner to perform daily facility cleaning at our Eagan, Minnesota location. The role is a permanent, hourly position working weekends, with precise cleaning tasks and a focus on safety and efficiency.

You must be 18+, speak English, be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and pass a pre-employment background check. Compensation is $19 per hour, with opportunities for reliable schedules and essential work.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Shift: Saturday and Sunday 10:00pm to 2:45am

Requirements

Cleaning a medical facility. This position is a physical job, looking for an individual that is fast paced who can bend, twist and be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be detail oriented. Will need to operate floor scrubber. Candidate must be ok to work alone in the facility.
