Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Med Tech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and toileting.
• Provide compassionate support and companionship, including memory care.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
