Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications may include BLS, ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Uphold professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
