Job summary

Mercy is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide patient care using the nursing process, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with multi-disciplinary teams. You will uphold Mercy values and service standards while working within our mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining accountability for care provided, evaluating outcomes, and collaborating with other departments to optimize patient flow and patient safety across units.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications may be required

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and evaluates effectiveness of care
• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information
