Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Technician for a Sun-Mon 6am–6:30pm weekend day shift in Bedford, MA. You will operate robots, run vacuum tools and presses, assemble parts, and ensure quality per procedures with strict safety and SAP/CamLine data logging.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 40 lbs, work around chemicals, and train on 1st/2nd shifts for three months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; machine operation is a plus.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Fluent in English for training purposes.
• Able to work overtime and around chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety best practices and wear PPE on the production floor.
• Operate automated robots, hydraulic presses and other production equipment.
• Perform operational checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Operate vacuum systems and processing tools per procedures.
• Set up fixtures for vacuum and processing operations.
• Perform part assembly and wet etch processes as needed.
• Follow work instructions with 100% adherence for quality.
• Inspect parts visually and with metrology tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 6S standards.
• Record confirmations in SAP and input inspection data in CamLine.
• Participate in shift passdowns to share safety/quality priorities.
• Clean fixtures and parts to support production.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on process improvements.
• Demonstrate Entegris PACE values in daily activity.
