Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a Saturday-Monday shift from 6 am to 6:30 pm in Bedford, MA. The role involves operating Hi-Vac metal sputtering and PECVD equipment, wet etch processes, and working in a controlled cleanroom environment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, 3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 40 lbs, and English fluency for training. SAP/CamLine knowledge is a plus, with opportunities to cross-train across departments and grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience (machine operation a plus).
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work around chemicals (IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCl).
• Fluency in English required for training purposes.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for most of shift.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom.
• Computer skills (SAP/CamLine a plus).
• Flexibility to be trained and cross-trained in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety best practices and wear PPE on the production floor.
• Operate high vacuum coating tools to deposit coatings on products.
• Set up fixtures, defixture parts, and operate equipment.
• Monitor product and tool quality; report deviations.
• Execute planned WIP and communicate delays.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per run schedules.
• Conduct visual and metrology inspections per quality procedures.
• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.
• Collaborate with partner and Lead to achieve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, 6S-compliant work area.
• Record work confirmations in SAP and enter inspection data into Camline.
• Participate in shift pass downs to communicate priorities.
• Follow work instructions and complete documentation.
• Update pass down notes for continuity.
