Your Role

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will use equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate-controlled environment to create products and distribute them to customers.

• Set up and operate manual, automatic, and/or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a production/processing environment.
• Follow production specifications or instructions to manufacture products, monitoring parameters such as speed, temperature, diameter, flow, gauges, and valve positions to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform in-process quality checks using gauges, meters, microscopes, and micrometers.
• Report malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments or repairs to equipment.
• Handle jobs of varying durations, requiring frequent setup changes and cycle variations.

About You

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependability, a can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear PPE.

What You Can Expect From Us

• $16.67/hour
• Shift: Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm
• Health, Dental, and Vision coverage after 30 days
• 401K with 5% company contribution plus matching after 90 days
• 88 paid holiday hours per year
• Paid time off (up to 120 hours after one year)
