Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Significant experience in manufacturing engineering or production operations leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the weekend Manufacturing Engineering organization, aligning priorities and resources.
• Serve as the central technical escalation point for weekend operations to senior leadership.
• Act as the primary engineering interface for cross-functional decision-making, enabling rapid issue resolution.
• Drive manufacturing execution by partnering with Production and Quality to implement standards and changes.
• Promote safety, technical rigor, and operational excellence through Lean methods and data-driven problem solving.
