Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
• One year of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new product designs for manufacturability.
• Evaluate, purchase, install & qualify new production equipment.
• Work with customers and/or vendors on process transfers.
• Program automated equipment (SMT, Ovens, FlipChip, Dispense systems, etc.).
• Propose changes for cost savings, yield, & productivity improvements.
• Research latest technologies related to capability improvements.
• Train manufacturing personnel on assembly procedures.
• Provide technical support to sales & marketing teams for change requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
