Veranda of Pensacola is a family-owned assisted and independent living community inviting a Weekend Manager to lead the weekend team and address resident and family needs in a vibrant senior living environment.

The role is full-time with Thursday through Monday, 8:30am–5pm, requiring strong communication and MS Office proficiency and a genuine desire to serve seniors. Competitive salary and benefits are provided, including health, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have a strong desire to serve Seniors.
• Strong Administrative Skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages all staff on duty every weekend.
• Handles resident/family needs every weekend.
• Work Schedule is Thursday - Monday 8:30am-5pm.
• Assists new residents by completing admission paperwork.
• Performs move-in and move-out inspections to ensure units are ready.

We are currently in need of a Weekend Manager to join our team.

Weekend Manager Job Duties

• Every weekend, directly manages all staff on duty.
• Every weekend, handles resident/family needs.
• Work Schedule is Thursday - Monday 8:30am-5pm.
• Assists new residents by completing admission paperwork.
• Will perform a move-in and move-out inspections, checking to ensure the apartment is move-in ready.
