Job summary

Veranda of Pensacola is a family-owned assisted and independent living community seeking an LPN for the first shift 7:00am-3:00pm, Mon-Fri with weekends as needed. You will support residents with activities of daily living, medication supervision, and care plan documentation.

Qualified candidates hold a current nursing license, CPR and First Aid certification, and can stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive pay, medical benefits, a 401k match, and opportunities for employee

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as defined in the resident care plan.
• Supervise medications, document each medication given, and ensure proper ordering/receiving.
• Communicate with staff and family after incidents and complete incident reports accurately and timely.
• Provide Diabetic Care, routine injections, and oxygen management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

LPN Qualifications:

LPN Job Duties:

• Communicates with staff and family after any incident as well as completes the incident report accurately and timely
• Diabetic Care, Routine Injections, and Oxygen Management
• Other Duties as assigned
