The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, PLC knowledge, and familiarity with ISO EMS/QMS environments. Strong problem solving, teamwork, and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Exposure in an ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment.
• Electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge of PLCs.
• Proficient in industrial, mechanical and pneumatic machinery.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the maintenance and repair of machines, equipment and facility used in production.
• React quickly and professionally to avoid extended equipment downtime.
• Organize and carry out routine preventative maintenance of machines.
• Organize and manage spare parts stock registered in ERP for furnaces and other machines.
• Own and lead TPM in the facility and assist in safety and 5S practices.
