Job summary

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain a wide variety of facility equipment.
• Read and follow electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Maintain facilities infrastructure across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Install, repair and replace plumbing fixtures and clear blockages.
• Coordinate third-party service providers as needed.
• Document preventive maintenance and part usage.
• Operate lift trucks safely during maintenance tasks.
