Woodbury Corporation’s Courtyard by Marriott in Sandy, Utah is seeking a Maintenance Technician for part-time Saturdays and Sundays, 3pm–11pm. Basic tools and maintenance experience are required; must be 21+, have a valid driver license and good driving record.

Training is available for the right candidate. You’ll care for guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, performing various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, wall covering and landscaping, plus

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, wall covering and landscaping.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair.
• Clean and maintain the spa area.
• Maintain hotel vehicles; transport guests as needed.
• May be required to work nights, weekends or holidays.
• Conduct maintenance and safety inspections and follow up on required improvements.
