Residence Inn by Marriott Sandy is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Worker to join our award-winning team. The role runs 16 hours per week, with Saturdays and Sundays 7am–3pm.

Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver license and clean driving record, and we offer training for the right attitude. The position involves maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, AC, painting, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, wall covering, and landscaping principles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back of house areas in good repair across a variety of trades.
• Clean and maintain the spa area.
• Maintain hotel vehicles and assist with guest transport as needed.
• May work nights, weekends or holidays.
• Conduct maintenance and safety inspections and follow up on improvements.
