Job summary

Woodbury Corp. at Residence Inn by Marriott in Sandy, UT, is hiring a Hotel Maintenance Worker. The role is part-time (16 hours/week) with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7am to 3pm.

You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to keep guest rooms and public areas in good repair. Ideal candidates have basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge, a positive attitude, reliability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, wall coverings, and landscaping.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable attendance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public spaces, performing trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Keep spa area clean and maintained.
• Maintain hotel vehicles; transport guests as needed.
• May be required to work nights, weekends or holidays.
• Conduct maintenance and safety inspections as needed and ensure timely follow-up to required improvements.
