Job summary

Associa is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for a Boston community, working weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 2:30pm–10:30pm). You will perform exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs, and other maintenance tasks to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and team focused.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• OSHA safety requirements familiarity.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems to keep them efficient.
• Carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to maintain the building.
• Repair and clean fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, gutters, drains.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment as needed.
• Maintain company vehicle with routine PMs and upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
