Mountaintop Beverage is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the weekend-focused shift (Shift B: M-W 6:00pm–6:30am; M-Th 6:00pm–6:30am) to lead a team of maintenance and electrical technicians in a aseptic beverage manufacturing environment. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires 5–7 years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing, strong CMMS knowledge, and budgeting skills.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of facility utilities, production, and clean in place systems.
• Experience with aseptic filling and packaging systems in beverage manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS and planning PMs/calibrations.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (FDA/HACCP).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises/assists a team of maintenance and electrical technicians during the shift.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and calibrations of equipment.
• Coordinates with departments to avoid production disruption and maintain quality.
• Monitors maintenance costs to adhere to budget.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, HACCP, and safety requirements.
• Assists in installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
• Maintains CMMS records and documentation.
• Coordinates with Head of Maintenance and Vendors for downtime planning.
• Provides technical support to other departments as needed.
