Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Beverage Manufacturing facility in the Charlotte area. The role oversees maintenance technicians, coordinates repairs, and drives reliability improvements, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient production.

The position supports a mainly Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and requires hands-on leadership, technical problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics, PLCs, and industrial control networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and guide technicians through complex repairs.
• Strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Availability to work the second-shift schedule and flexibility for additional coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, set priorities, and ensure safe, effective work.
• Coordinate emergency repairs while ensuring preventive maintenance and scheduled work.
• Plan upcoming maintenance activities around technician availability, equipment needs, and production schedules.
• Investigate recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis.
• Develop technicians through coaching, feedback, and safety training.
• Track work orders and maintenance performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support spare parts availability and organized maintenance storeroom practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to meet operating and food safety requirements.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors per plant safety procedures.
• Manage smaller maintenance and capital projects, including scheduling and cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support quality management systems.
