Qualifications

• Good math skills and ability to read and understand instructions and manuals.
• Thorough knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery and electrical machine maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment, especially electrical and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Oversee production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate production priorities and communicate effectively with shifts and management.
