Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a maintenance/janitorial team member to keep the club clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff. You will perform cleaning, cart management, and basic repairs while upholding high sanitation standards.

The position supports daily operations with flexible tasks across the club, and regular attendance is essential. Training and certification are provided as part of onboarding, with opportunities to advance within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
• May be less than 18 years of age to perform parking lot cart functions or operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with courteous service while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.
• Gathers and returns carts, cleans floors and maintains outdoor areas.
• Maintains club cleanliness including sales floor, offices, restrooms and parking areas.
• Restocks maintenance supplies and ensures storage areas are organized.
• Performs minor building maintenance and notifies management for major repairs.
