Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of experience in CNC machining operations.
• At least two years leading a CNC machine shop team.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set priorities and work with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with G-code programming and editing.

Job Description: The Opportunity Hitachi Energy is looking for a Weekend Machine Shop Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Alamo, Tennessee. In this role, you will help your team work safely, meet production goals, and achieve on‑time delivery. You will coach team members, solve daily production challenges, and help improve how work gets done. You will also gain experience leading people, managing priorities, and supporting continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Weekend Nights - 12 hr. shifts- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Weekend Days - 12 hr. shifts- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
