Job summary

Baybrooke Village Care and Rehab Center in McKinney, TX has opportunities for LVN to join our team on a PRN basis, including weekends. The LVN will participate in and direct the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders.

You will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience by providing quality compassionate healthcare within a rehabilitative care setting and collaborating with a healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in TX required.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts as needed.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Observing patients, charting, and reporting changes in patients' conditions
• Answering patients' calls and determining how to assist them
• Providing basic patient care or treatments
• Working as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions
