Job summary

Avir Vista in Sulphur Springs, TX is seeking a compassionate Double Weekends LVN to join our healthcare team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support care plans in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

You will collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary staff, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate records while delivering high-quality care during weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license required.
• No minimum years of healthcare experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to lift/move patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and wound care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to RN or other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
