This full-time, non-exempt position follows a Weekend Baylor Plan (6AM-10PM, Sat & Sun). A retention bonus of $1,500 is offered, paid in installments after hire to support retention and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing services to residents under RN supervision.
• Oversee medication administration and treatment plans per orders.
• Train and supervise nursing staff; ensure accurate documentation in records.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.
